Turkey Taco Salad
1-pound ground turkey meat
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1/3-cup water
8 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
1-cup Tex-Mex Gourmet Chunky Salsa
Crumble turkey into a dishwasher-safe plastic colander suspended over a casserole. Stirring midway through cooking, microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until meat is not pink.
Discard liquid from casserole and transfer meat into it. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Microwave on high 3 to 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Serve over lettuce; top with salsa.
Serving suggestions: In addition to salsa, top tacos with chopped tomatoes, grated cheese, a dollop of sour cream, sliced black olives and chopped green onion.
