EZ Taco Salad
1 pound ground beef
½ cup Tex-Mex Gourmet chunky salsa
4 cups shredded lettuce
Tortilla chips
1 cup Mexican-style shredded four-cheese blend
Chopped tomato, sour cream and green-onion curls for garnish (optional)
Brown beef; drain. Stir in salsa. Layer lettuce, chips meat mixture and use on large platter or individual serving plates. Top with tomato and sour cream. Garnish with green-onion curls. Makes 4 servings.
