Tex-Mex Chops
4 (6 ounce) boneless pork chops or 2 (12 ounce) butterfly-cut chops, cut in half
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 ¼ cups Tex-Mex Gourmet Picante Sauce
Trim any visible fat from chops; season with salt and pepper. Place chops in a 9-inch square dish; cover with wax paper. Turning over midway through cooking, microwave on medium high (70 percent) 10 minutes. Pour salsa over chops, re-cover, and microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes or until done (temperature should be 160 degrees).
Makes 4 servings.
