Ranch Taco Chicken Salad
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 cup Tex-Mex Gourmet chunky salsa, divided
1 (16 ounce) package salad greens
1 cup each: shredded Cheddar and Tex-Mex Gourmet ranch dressing
Crushed tortilla chips for garnish
Cook and stir chicken in ¼ cup salsa in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat for 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Discard salsa used for cooking. Toss chicken, greens and cheese on serving platter or in large bowl. Top with remaining salsa and dressing before serving. Garnish with tortilla chips. Makes 6 (1 ½ cup) serving.
