2K Chili con Queso
4 ounces light pasteurized processed cheese spread loaf
4 ounces fat-free cream cheese
½ cup Tex-Mex Gourmet's Picante Sauce
Cut cheese loaf and cream cheese into chunks; place in a 3-cup microwave safe container. Pour salsa over cheese. Cover loosely with wax paper and microwave on medium (50 percent) 5 minutes; mix well, scraping sides of bowl. Microwave another 5 minutes; stir well. Serve hot or cool. Makes 1 ½ cups.
