Avocado Dip
Servings: 6-8
2 avocados
10 1/2 ounces sour cream, regular or light
1 pack taco seasoning
12 black olives, thinly
sliced
6 green onions, thinly
sliced
1 tomato, diced
3 ounces grated two-tone Cheddar cheese
Nacho chips
In a blender, thoroughly mix together avocado meat, sour cream and taco seasoning.
Spoon mixture onto a large plate; refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap.
Just before serving, garnish mixture with black olive slices, green onion slices and tomato dices; sprinkle with grated cheese.
Arrange nacho chips in serving plate; serve, along with dip.
